The Génocidaire Netanyahu visited the US this week. Despite an active warrant for his arrest for crimes against humanity from the International Criminal Court, he wasn’t detained in the US, nor was his plane forced to land or shot down when passing through French and Italian airspace. As State Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, France and Italy had a legal obligation to bring his plane down and at least throw his evil genocidal ass in jail! They failed. Netanyahu still walks free, a malignant, demonic threat to the good people of our world.
We are reminded that the US is not a member of the International Criminal Court and does not recognise its jurisdiction. The US considers itself above international law, unlike the rest of the international community of 125 countries who are state signatories to the Rome Statute of the ICC. Given the American proclivity for starting wars and bombing other countries, it’s fairly obvious why they wouldn’t want to be held accountable under international law.
The diabolical reason for his visit to the criminal despot POTUS soon became clear after his landing in the US. With American military and financial backing, they plan to eradicate all Palestinians from their land and convert Gaza into the ‘Riviera of the Middle East’. (openly stated in a press conference by Trump). They’ll build holiday resorts and beachfront villas and all the brown people will be gone – a white man’s Eden will be built on the remains and sun-bleached bones of the slaughtered infants of Gaza.
Of course this was always Israel’s plan. Under the fake pretext of ‘self defence’, the Zionist regime and its well established settler property industry saw huge profits in all that beachfront real estate. They’ve salivated over it for decades.
Let’s make no mistake about the kind of people we’re talking about here. These Zionist settler-developers are mainly rich Americans with designer homes in Manhattan, New York and Los Angeles. They’re not timid homeless refugees looking for shelter, they’re landlords and business owners with multi million dollar property portfolios. Like a plague of locusts, they will swoop in under cover of American air power, pick everything bare, build their designer homes and make a killing. Where Palestinian families have lived for thousands of years, the land will be scoured smooth. Walls of white polycarbonate render and glass will rise, gleaming in the sun. The disembowelled child hanging from the high fence, blown there by American bombs, will be but a faint memory like the lives of her ancestors. Only the sea breeze will dare whisper her name in that place.
So to recap: Trump and Netanyahu openly and without any sense of guilt, proposed this week to ethnically cleanse Gaza, they plan to push two million Palestinians off their land and into Egypt in the west and Jordan in the East. Those who stay will be slaughtered. Men, women and children, thousands of years of history will be literally wiped off the map. Gone forever.
But how has an idea so fascistic, so amoral and fundamentally evil been allowed air in this day and age? And why is this monstrous, genocidal death apparatus sponsored and supported by key western powers?
Back in the 1890s when the Zionist movement was being developed by Theodore Herzl, there grew a similar ethno-nationalist, supremacist movement in Germany. Driven by the supremacist desire to expand and own more land and resources exclusively for its people, Germany coined the term “Lebensraum” (living space) which over the next 40 years became the core ideological justification of Nazism.
The world was right to confront Nazism, its evil was overt and virulent. Ultimately the Russian Red Army snuffed out that particular plume of hell-flame, sacrificing 24 million of its people in the process.
But where Nazism went overtly against the global community of humanity, Zionism became hybridised and embedded in our societies whilst gradually fulfilling its central purpose of colonising Palestine and stealing its land via various means. Zionism was accepted, welcomed, partly due to a feeling of guilt that Jews had been persecuted for centuries, but also due to the business and geopolitical strategic acumen of successive Zionist leaders: For the British and American empires, an ‘unsinkable aircraft carrier’ (Israel) in the Middle East is an invaluable projection of power and an asset that must be protected at all costs. As well as business, political and strategic alliances, Zionism has grown through the 50 million strong Evangelical community of the US in particular which, although it seems slightly deranged to us Brits, is a hugely powerful movement with many influential supporters – Donald Trump for one!
There are around 6 million Jewish people in the US but there are over 10 million members of the Christian Zionist organisation “Christians United for Israel”. Their support for the Zionist cause of wiping out Palestine is based on their interpretation of an Old Testament apocalyptic “prophecy” which concerns Armageddon and the second coming of Christ. I won’t go into that here, suffice to say it’s really as dangerously ‘out-there’ as it sounds!
So, of the two ethno-nationalist, supremacist ideologies from the late 1800s, only Zionism remains and is flourishing with unwavering American, British and (ironically) German support. Nazi Germany had a plan for a “Greater Germanic Reich” which involved ethnically cleansing huge swathes of Eastern Europe for the “Master Race” and it is well known that similarly Zionism also has plan for a “Greater Israel”, which involves the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and the settlement of parts of Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan exclusively for Zionists (non-Zionist Jews are not invited, but non-Jewish Zionists are).
At this point we must be mindful that any comparison between Zionism and Nazism is considered illegal and antisemitic in some countries, so we will not compare the two ideologies here.
